- Clients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or appointment cancellation.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances.
2. Payments
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
- All payments must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Advance booking amounts may be non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
4. Nail Extension Services
- Results may vary depending on individual nail conditions and aftercare.
- Clients are responsible for following recommended nail care instructions.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
5. Press-On Nail Orders
- Custom press-on nail orders are made according to the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.
- Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom press-on nail orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
6. Product Colors & Designs
- Actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and handmade customization.
- Every effort is made to accurately represent products and services.
7. Refund Policy
- Services already completed are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Custom-made products and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
8. Health & Safety
- Clients should inform us of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions that may affect nail services.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, services may be declined if necessary.
